Since 1st October 2009 the full implementation of the Companies Act 2006 came into force.  This has resulted in a number of changes at Companies House that effects the choices available for your company name and the requirements for officials and shareholders.

From 1st Octber 2009 Directors no longer need to record their private address on the public record and can, instead, nominate a "service address". We can help with this too.
